Look what I got!

Today I got to play outside all day and within the first two minutes if being out, I got a tick in my fur - that's a new record, I think! I've been working on my hunting time too, today I got a first year sparrow and then a chipmunk within 3 hours of each other! The bird was going to be a GREAT lunch until Will spotted me plucking it. I ran away from mum because she was trying to take it from me.. but she distracted me by throwing a rock in the bushes nearby and then took it from me and put me in an indoor time out. I escaped pretty quickly, so I tracked down a chipmunk and was just bringing it in when I was spotted again. This time mum picked me up by my neck, but I kept holding the chipmunk and then realized it wasn't really dead yet! We had a mid air duel with mum trying to keep us apart and not get scratched. It was an epic battle but in the end mum won and the chipmunk hopped away. Here are some photos of my first would - be lunch that mum's clicker machine took. I've never seen such yellow feetsy bottoms on a bird.
